Parking was the issue, its a new hotel and Parking was not available. They directed you to Park in a parking lot to the right of the hotel across the street, imagine $25 each time you exit and re-enter. We stayed for 7 nights ( no in and out) one staff said to me.

The main issue is the elevators are massively undersized causing long wait times to get to our room, breakfast, and the street. This was truly disappointing. First, parking was a major issue—though there’s a garage, it wasn’t usable, and the nearby option didn’t fit an SUV. I checked in Thursday; by Friday after work, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called, and they said someone would come, but after an hour, I had to go to the front desk—only to learn housekeeping had left for the day, meaning it wouldn’t be cleaned until the next day. On Saturday, after leaving and coming back at 11 p.m.—following an hour of searching for parking—the room still wasn’t cleaned.
