Supposed to be able to check in at 3.00pm, the room wasn't ready till 6.30pm. Asked for clean towels 3 times throughout the week never got any. The mattress was worn and sinking. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart. Had no TV in the room for 4 days till they came and fixed the Internet. 2 nights there was no water to the room.
