Great service along a great property
To start , some of us can't leave without Ac , this property not only has one but one that works , ( those of you who travel through the old world understand). Service is exceptional, and property is not a resort size but big enough. Great for families and couples as well, available bikes for all ages, pool ( small but warm) gym, indoor pool, on site dining option , and again service excellent.

Sehr schöne Spät-Sommer Ferien in Ascona
Etwas verhaltener Start mit verzögertem Check-in für das Auto unserer Söhne. Ein später angefahrenes Auto wurde vorher bedient. Danach aber wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Stärken dieses Hotels liegen in den öffentlichen Bereichen (Lobby, Restaurants: innen und aussen, Bar, Gartenanlage. Unsere Zimmer waren etwas eng und die Betten könnten bequemer sein. Ein King-Bed müsste in dieser Kategorie eigentlich Standard sein. Ebenfalls etwas wenig Stauraum für etwas längere Aufenthalte. Das Bad dagegen gross und praktisch. Alles perfekt sauber. Geniales Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Restaurants, relativ teuer, aber der Kategorie und der Qualität entsprechend. Hingegen zu teuer: Zimmerservice (40 CHF für einen Teller Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce). Im Ganzen trotz der paar Unzulänglichkeiten ein toller Aufenthalt.

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Service. Ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum Ascona (ca. 20 Min zu Fuss). Es gibt einen Shuttle ins Zentrum. Leider wurden wir beim Einchecken nicht über den Shuttle informiert. Super gelegen für Golfers (direkt neben Golfplatz). Sehr schöne Anlage mit aussen Pool, Garten und Teich. Gutes Wellness Angebot mit Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi und Fitness Raum. Schöne, helle und grosse Zimmer mit Balkon.
