The room was new and clean and nice. All the facilities worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was that the thermostat in the room kept saying 24C even though we tried to set it to 20. It never cooled down enough. We weren’t hot but it could have been cooler.

Location was great to where we needed to be. Room was clean and really nice bathroom. Only issue was that it was a bit noisy as many trams ran by this location. I sleep with a white noise machine and I was still able to hear it.

Well stocked bathroom - shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush & paste, shaving kit and hairdryer! Complimentary cold water was very welcomed! Coffee machine wasn’t the greatest and no milk supplied for tea, but this wasn’t a huge deal. Fab location to base yourself to explore Milan. Excellent service and communication about check in and accessing the building.

I was basically satisfied with my stay. But loved the staff. They could not have been more helpful, polite and accommodating. While it was not fancy nor necessarily attractive, the hotel was clean- which is most important in this world of germs and viruses. The another aspect that was important was it's central location. Its was only blocks from DUMOU. I would indeed return if I were in Milian. The price point was also good given the surrounding hotels.

Main problem is the check in. No front desk and was difficult to reach someone to let us in the building. Took good 20 minutes or more to reach someone while we waited outside in the hot weather with no shade. Rooms are on 7th floor of this obscure building. Nothing fancy. Not sure why they are called “suites “. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you look through the reviews, there is one that says, "this is a good concept". I wish people would just be straight. This isn't a hotel. It's an office building with space converted to sleeping quarters. The 'rooms' are just how pictured. It gave my daughter and I a feeling like we were being watched. For me the ceiling is too low. Lastly, they would not cancel my reservation even when I made it clear that I understand the NO refund policy. I just wanted it to be noted that I did not stay there past 2 hours. They would not do that nor did they provide me with a receipt. Like I said, the 'rooms' are just as pictured, but this is in an office building. I felt deceived. Oh, the man who meets you on site had 6 phones on the desk. pictures are attached
