My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the first day, the door to my room was broken and remained an issue throughout my stay. Basic necessities were also unreliable the water would randomly shut off multiple times throughout the day, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink consistently. Housekeeping was another major problem. I requested room cleaning on several occasions, yet repeatedly returned to find my room untouched. Even something as simple as getting clean towels felt like a constant struggle, requiring multiple requests and follow-ups before anything was done. The noise disturbances were unbearable. The constant noise made it nearly impossible to rest, and the situation became so bad that I ended up staying at another hotel for three nights just to get some peace and quiet. Unfortunately, these issues are only the tip of the iceberg, issues with the Ac, blinds , TV and refrigerators. The combination of poor maintenance, lack of responsiveness, inadequate housekeeping, and excessive noise made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this property and would strongly encourage management to address these ongoing problems before expecting guests to return.

The room was untidy on arrival, and the property was still under construction, which wasn’t disclosed. No Kitchen not to talk of personal chef! Power went off for over 15 minutes while my partner was in the shower, and the water stopped running. I had to run to reception to get it sorted. The night before we left, we returned around 11pm and waited almost 30 minutes at the gate because the security guard was asleep. I was outside being bitten by mosquitoes until another guard, who had just finished showering, came out and opened the gate. It was embarrassing. I reported all these issues but received no compensation. The toilet seat was shaky throughout my stay and was never fixed. The construction noise made it hard to sleep, even for my three year old. The cleaners tried their best, but the room clearly needs repainting.
