The room was big for us which was great coming from a small hotel room in Kyoto. Definitely better for a family of 5. The hotel was very clean and the process was super smooth, however there was a musty smell in our room but they said they would switch if we wanted but we didn’t want to move all our luggage. Great price overall.

The hotel was in a good location, however, the room, sleeping 5, was way too small to comfortably accommodate 5 people. We were stepping on each other and each other’s luggage. The couch was very hard to sleep on. They provide a thin mattress, which makes it a bit better, but for us from US, it is still not very comfortable. Double beds are way too small for two adults but we knew it when we booked so it’s not hotel’s fault.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning during our visit. Despite this minor inconvenience, the rest of the hotel was excellent. The location is ideal, conveniently situated near the subway trains and offering a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again if we ever find ourselves in Osaka again.

Really spacious room especially for Japan, good location few minutes walk from Ebisucho metro line and walkable to Nipponbashi area. Bathroom with tub included was nice to have. Check in process was smooth just make sure you have all the instructions beforehand.

This property had no staff on site, but the self check-in process was super easy and smooth. The hotel was clean and had a washer in the unit with detergent provided. The bathroom had a heater to dry your clothes which was super convenient. There were plenty of restaurants walking distance from this location and the train station was convenient as well. It was very spacious for my family of 4 and would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Stay Near Shinsekai! We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka! Check-in via Kiosk was smooth and easy. The location is truly unbeatable, being just a short, easy 2-minute walk straight into the heart of the vibrant Shinsekai district. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with tons of incredible local restaurants, street food stalls, and shops, making it so convenient to find delicious meals right at your doorstep. Inside, the unit was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious enough for our group of 4 adults 1 kid, to relax comfortably. The amenities were excellent: self serve toiletries, including a sparkling clean bathroom with bathtub, an in-unit washer that was incredibly useful, and a high-tech Toto washlet toilet. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us: the beds were comfortable, and the third bed—a sofa couch—was surprisingly massive, easily fitting two adults and our 7-year-old child with plenty of room to spare. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

J’ai été séduis par l’annonce, et sur place, cet établissement a été au délais de mes attentes, très propre, super équipements, environnement idéal pour visiter Osaka, check in et out rapide, il y a même un local bagage si vous devez laisser vos valise, c’est vraiment top, je recommande fortement.
