Great hotel! Street looks a little tired, but the location is great and the renovation is lovely. Let them know what time you will be arriving if you don’t want to be hanging around, as the reception desk doesn’t always have someone there.

Not really a hotel. The desk is not manned, and if you don’t have a package for calls in that country or data it’s impossible to check in. Contacted property by email and booking site 5 times from the morning until I needed to check in with no response despite all being delivered. Had to find someone to call the owner/manager, very rude said my fault for not contacting them claimed none of my messages were received. I was left sitting outside waiting for over an hour on my own. Someone finally turned up, totally ignored me by walking past me twice then returns with a lady who speaks no English. No apology or check out procedure given by lady it in any documentation. Shower did not work, only the small hose which is not adequate when trying to wash hair etc. no amenities other than an ironing board in the landing. Not a hotel, it’s a room. My last night in sarande was ruined due to this as missed getting to the castle for sunset.

Jag var där med min tjejkompis. Vi hade en super bra upplevelse!! Fint hotell, rent och snyggt. Supernära till stranden och båt terminalen. Nära till lokalbussen och taxi. Vi är supernöjda tack så mycket!!
