The staff provided exceptional assistance. Although the hotel lacked a freezer for overnight storage of our gel packs, the front desk personnel successfully identified a solution through a nearby restaurant. We appreciate their efforts.

Room too small. No fridge for your food and water and no bell man to help you with your luggage.

Room is decent for the price you pay in Singapore. Keep in mind that you might not get a room with a window, so if you're thinking of staying at this hotel for more than 2 nights, this might not be the place for you.

・The walls are thin and the room next door is noisy ・Water was leaking from the toilet tank ・Stairs smell musty

8/10 Very good

There are two things that I dislike. First, there is a lot of noise early in the morning, from around 1am to 4am, which was extremely bad for sleeping. It seemed to me the noise was coming from someone cleaning the hallway. There is also a constant sneezing noise from a guy either next door or one level below. Second, the room was quite hot despite the temperature was set to just 17 degree. The air conditioning either did not work or was not properly regulated. On the other hand, I like the staff and the location.

無し

タオルが取り替えられていない日があって大変困った。また、壁が薄く隣の喘ぎ声などは丸聞こえ。冷蔵庫もなく、部屋にはおそらく前に宿泊した人のコンドームの袋の切れ端が落ちていた。
