My third year coming to Stockholm for Melodifestivalen, and I always stay here. Great hotel. Lovely decor and vibe. Clean spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Great location. Will be back in 2026! Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold

No my Grand Central anymore.
Surprised. Scandic Grand Central used to be a vibrant international environment where international travelers meet the local people. Great bars and dining. Very surprised with an empty lobby, restaurant and bars closes at 10PM? Rooms are around 10-15 years old. Simple beds and a noisy AC. If you still consider to stay here its great to know that a nearby 7/11 or Burger king can fill up your empty stomach. For me; I will never go back.

Decent hotel but stay could have been better
Hotel is fine, Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to Arlanda Express so easy to get to and from the airport. The one issue I had was you had to book housekeeping 24 hours in advance and although I have no issue with that someone could have mentioned it at check in. You have a shower that drenches the floor around the toilet and wash basin and only have a towel to dry it which won’t get replaced because you are not aware that housekeeping won’t come into your room. Breakfast is ok and the bar area is nice

Excellent Service.
The hotel was excellent as usual; however, this time Alex at the front desk went above and beyond. I realized that I had left my AirPods in the room while on the high-speed train to the airport. After emailing the front desk from the train, Alex went to the room (twice), found the AirPods and returned them to my colleague. I regularly stay at the Scandic Grand Central and have become used to the excellent service. Thanks again to Alex!

Bra, men noe ukomfortabelt
Perfekt beliggenhet bare få hundre meter fra sentralbanestasjonen. Bra service, bra frokost og bra renhold. Hadde et enkeltrom som var bra, men det var et par ting å utsette på det. Senga var ganske hard, og klimaanlegget suste ganske høyt. Såpass at det ble plagsomt på natten (ikke mulig å skru av såvidt jeg forstod). Det manglet dorullholder og knagg til å henge fra seg jakker når man kommer inn døra - som er en litt merkelig ting å ikke ha på et rom. Men renholdet var bra, og rommet hadde ellers akkurat det man trengte. Ikke så stort, men helt fint når man er alene.
