First time visiting Atami and read good reviews of this new hotel that opened in Mar 2026. A resort like building with an interesting ropeway ride to the hotel lobby from ground level. A short walk to the Atami station and walking street as well as the Atami shopping area with many restaurants available. Nice ocean view from the east tower and the beach is just across the hotel. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, housekeeping did a good job in ensuring the room was clean and well maintained.

Very nice rooms but hard to find out which room has a bath with spring water or just hot water. Luckily we were able to upgrade to the one with the spring water but hope it will be notated clearly about this at booking site. Breakfast was wonderful but should let us book a reservation or limit numbers of people in buffet area. It got so busy at the beginning and was hard to move around the buffet area.

La Vista Atami is an absolutely stunning hotel where no detail has been overlooked. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and offers a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The public indoor and outdoor baths are spectacular and the private baths and spa facilities provide the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The hotel is ideally located directly opposite Sun Beach, offering beautiful views and easy access to the waterfront. Despite being situated on a hill, the hotel is very accessible thanks to its convenient slope lift, which provides easy access to the beach, local restaurants and nearby shops. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional, offering a wonderful selection of both Japanese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. Overall, La Vista Atami exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious and memorable stay. We would not hesitate to return.

部屋からのサンビーチや熱海城の見晴らしが良く、部屋についている露天風呂にも入りました。また貸切露天風呂からの見晴らしも非常に良かったですし、貸切風呂も4つすべて入ることができました。夕食・朝食は予約できませんでしたが、シルバーウィークに楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。今回は初めて熱海に一人で来ましたが、次回来ることがあれば二人以上で来れたらと思います。ありがとうございました。

【良かった点】新しいだけあって部屋も浴場も極めて清潔。ドーミーではおなじみの夜泣きそばは相変わらずうまい。湯上り処で生ビールが飲み放題なのも素晴らしい。海岸ちかくまで昇り降りできる宿泊者専用のゴンドラ（？）、熱海は坂道が辛いのでたいへんありがたい。交通系ICをキーとして荷物を預けるロッカーが便利だった。 【良くなかった点】ノースタワーの3階の部屋からは眺望の半分近くが前の建物の屋根で、テラスの椅子に座った目線では海も伊豆大島も見えなかった（立った状態では見えた）。客室は2階にもあるので、そっちはさらに悲惨な眺望だと思う。予約時にできるだけ上層階で、とお願いしたが階高の指定はできませんと言われた。繁忙期に最安値の素泊まりプランで泊まったから冷遇されたのかもしれない。あと、部屋の露天風呂が温泉ではない。リブマックス熱海のような天然温泉だとさらに良かった。

新しいので、清潔感などは文句なしでした。ただ、館内の移動にいちいちルームキーが必要で、忙しない気がしました。また、 館内着がゴワゴワして、着心地があまりよくありませんでした。 食事は美味しく、良かったし、インクルーシブも捨てがたいのですが、それにしても割高な気がしました。個人的には、もっと気を使わずのんびりしたいと思ってしまいました。展望風呂が予約制で混浴というのも、使い辛いと感じました。
