The staff and owner of this hotel and some of the friendliest and most helpful people in Vietnam and that’s saying a whole lot as everyone is friendly and helpful here! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Ninh Binh/Tam Coc area. I had a lovely big room overlooking the pool, which had a balcony. It was a real spoil with the view that they have from the pool area!

Very helpful staff, amazing rooms, clean facilities, and an extremely delicious breakfast! The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but that's what makes it so charming. New facility, so everything is spotless, clean, and new. The gardens were beautiful, and the free bike rentals were clutch. It was great biking to near by restaurants, and sights. Couldn't have been more pleased with the property overall. Travelers, head into Tam Coc for food. It was amazing!

It is a beautiful NEW resort with VERY friendly staff in a great location in beautiful Nihn Binh. Because it is fairly new there are some things that with time will get improved. We had 4 rooms and for some reason one room wasn't cleaned - we asked that they at least take out the bin with dirty toilet paper while we went out to dinner but it wasn't done. When coming back from dinner the lights to our area wasn't turned on and I stubbed my toe on the step. Would love if the restaurant would serve wine by the glass - think it will happen as the place gets busier. Would love a mirror on both walls in the bathroom, on the "outlet" wall. So happy we stayed here though and staff could not be nicer and resort more serene.
