Brand new hotel / apartments in a renovated old building with lots of great shared amenities like gym, sauna, games, kitchen, offices etc. Very good and young vibes. Only minus the breakfast that gets delivered to the door without being able to choose what you get and with a lot of packaging, instead of the classic buffet with multiple options.

The rooms were exceptional, with a fully kitted kitchen. I didn't use the kitchen, other than the fridge to store drinks, but the option to cook indoors would be great for someone on a budget. Plates, glasses and cooking equipment were all in the cupboards. I ate out, so didn't try the breakfast in the morning.

It was so good for the price. Next to a tram and bus stop, easy access to the city centre, and supermarkets and shops nearby. The facility was modern and had everything I needed. For the price it was such a good value and the lobby area was nice too.

Gym was reserved and not available for use during my stay, an email advising of this private reservation would have been appreciated, I would have scheduled my time for the gym at another time. I did not realize that there aren't any TV in the rooms. No idea what time my breakfast arrives, it is placed outside of my door and found whenever I decide to open my door. Would be good to know when the food arrives so it can be eaten while still hot/warm and fresh. Bed and bedding was very comfortable.

The concept of this hotel is brilliant; small rooms but with lovely, large common spaces. You have the possibility of making breakfast in your room or ordering it to your door. It's clean and modern. However, the main thing that you need from a hotel room - a good night's sleep- evaded us. The bed is VERY small. It's billed as a double bed but at most it's 140cm. To be fair to guests it should be made clear that it is a SMALL double bed. Pity really, a decent bed and everything could be perfect.
