Pleasant enough, but a little long in the tooth, as they say, and it was all groups so you couldn't eat dinner there as it was reserved solely for the large groups. The bar, however, is wonderful and has a great staff.

The hotel is 150 years old apparently but has been somewhat renovated. There is no AC in the rooms but the doors and windows in our room opened. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and catered for all tastes. Biggest complaint is the restaurant is not open to regular guests in the evening. Only tour groups can eat in there in the evening of which there seem to be many staying here. There are other partner hotels nearby whose restaurants are open, but it would have been nice to eat in the hotel after a long day and not need to go out. Bus stops located nearby and the bus service is excellent. Pick your time of year to visit carefully l as in early June not all things are open.

Hello, . I made a 3-night reservation via Hotels.com for Hotel Reine Victoria in St. Moritz, for the dates June 08–11, 2025 (Booking number: 72060581077307). Unfortunately, after checking in, I found that the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall quality compared to the description and photos on your platform. As a result, I stayed only one night and checked out early, notifying the hotel staff. Despite this, I was still charged for the remaining two unused nights, which I believe is unfair and not in line with Hotels.com’s customer-oriented standards. I kindly request a refund for the two nights I did not use. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. One of my favorite stays ever! Beautiful location, we got a nice room with a nice view of mountains. We went in May so the cable car and nearby restaurants were closed but the pop up restaurants they had set were absolutely lovely
