Que hotel lindinho, excelente opção para ficar em Canela, próximo ao parque Floribal, tem uma decoração linda, os funcionários foram incríveis, eles dão cookies gente, só ai já mostra o detalhe no conforto ao cliente, tem um espaço kids bem fofinho, uma copinha bebê no primeiro andar e piscina aquecida. Os quartos tem um tamanho ótimo e a suite tem um banheiro imenso com banheira. Fui com minha familia, meus filhos de 1 e 4 anos adoraram. A academia é completa também, mas não tivemos tempo de utilizar. O café da manhã é ótimo servem ovos beneditos muito maravilhosos recomendo.

O hotel é super novo, bem estruturado, os quartos são grandes e bem aquecido. Existe espaço para estacionar do lado de fora sem precisar pagar o estacionamento privativo do hotel. A equipe de funcionários é muito bem treinada e prestativa. O único ponto de melhoria é com relação ao café da manhã, que é bom, mas claramente falta garçons nos horários de pico. O hotel fica afastado do centro de canela, então é recomendado carro ou usar Uber, não tem restaurantes ou comercio por perto (a pé).
