12months walk from the train station, our host was really welcoming and helpful sending all checkin information ahead of time. This place is great. The staff is super friendly and she was helpful when the ferry arrived two hours late. I’ve also never been to such a clean hotel before…most often I see reviews for “clean” places, and they end up being mediocre. But this place is spotless and the bedding is very clean! I’ve never felt so refreshed after such a gross ferry ride 😂 Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!

The outside of the building does not reflect the nice interior. Overall the owner was very accommodating, she arranged my pick up from the airport and the shuttle to my ship the next day. There is several little restaurants on the same street, and it is walking distance to the boardwalk where you can see the water and there is bars and restaurants with entertainment that you can go to. Overall nice area and good experience, I wish I had gone a few days earlier to take advantage of going to visit the surroundings, very nice small town.

We are regular visitors to Civitavecchia and have always stayed along the seafront, so we were initially a little apprehensive about booking accommodation further into the town. However, Gallery Suite proved to be an excellent choice. The location was much quieter than the seafront while still being within easy walking distance of the main streets, shops, and restaurants. The accommodation has been finished and equipped to a very high standard, with great attention to quality and comfort throughout. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely had one of the best nights' sleep I've had while away from home. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Gallery Suite to anyone visiting Civitavecchia. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to return.
