Totally new hotel - really many people at breakfast but staff managed well to fill up quickly. Only the waffle maker was removed second day I was there due to very long queue. But maybe it will come back in more quiet times?

This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (Ablagen im Bad fehlen, teilweise lange Wartezeiten beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck durch zu wenige Kaffeeautomaten). Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer um den Gsst bemĂŒht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Was gut war: Sauberes Zimmer, FrĂŒhstĂŒck war standardmĂ€ĂŸig gut! Was schlecht war: Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbesserungswĂŒrdig sind. Beim Auschecken wurde nicht nach meiner Zufriedenheit oder meinem Eindruck gefragt, was ich bei einem professionellen Service erwartet hĂ€tte. Zudem gab es wĂ€hrend meines Aufenthalts deutlichen BaulĂ€rm aufgrund von Bauarbeiten am NachbargebĂ€ude. Ein entsprechender Hinweis auf mögliche LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigungen fehlte jedoch bei der Buchung. Durch den BaulĂ€rm war es zudem nicht möglich, morgens auszuschlafen, was meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeintrĂ€chtigt hat.Ich empfehle dem Hotel, kĂŒnftige GĂ€ste im Voraus transparent auf solche UmstĂ€nde hinzuweisen und beim Auschecken proaktiv nach Feedback zu fragen.

3 NĂ€chte kaum geschlafen, Klimaanlagen funktionieren nicht, anderes Zimmer bekommen, ging dann auch keine Klimaanlage. Fenster ließ sich in 1. Etage nicht öffnen, in der 2.Etage dann nur ein StĂŒck, weil das Bett im weg steht. PĂŒnktlich 7 Uhr gehen die Bauarbeiten los, dann ist die Nacht zu Ende. FrĂŒhstĂŒck in der Hotelhalle muss man mögen, es geht zu wie auf dem Bahnhof und riecht unangenehm. Wir sind beim BĂ€cker nebenan frĂŒhstĂŒcken gegangen. Da das Hotel noch nicht fertig ist muss man wissen, dass man auf einer Baustelle wohnt. Unser Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt. Einzig positiv ist die Lage, das ist dann aber auch schon alles.
