great location and view but check in experience was pretty adhoc. No front desk and even the person on the desk was struggling to commute. Great staff from the intent and service perspective but its just understaffed and old property without a typical hotel like reception and services in after hours

I went for the lakes and a view and there is absolutely no single place on the entire lake that is better. The rooms are great and old fashioned, like me, and are charming. There is a fantastic steak place opposite which does steak cooked on a stone on your table which is a treat. Literally thirty feet from the hotel is the docking area for the boats. It is so easy to jump on a boat and take a ride to any lakeside destination on the lake. I went down the road and rented a boat of my own, as well, and went shooting about the lake in luxury. All rather wonderful, convenient and overall a pleasant week or so. I would reccomend this hotel with all my heart.

Wij hadden een fantastische week. Geweldige plek, vriendelijk dorpje met voldoende mogelijkheden en gelegen in het centrum van Zwitserland. Het personeel is informeel, bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het hotel is oud en slecht onderhouden en het restaurant is erg basic. Maar de plek en het uitzicht - zowel in de kamers als in het restaurant en op het terras- zijn goud waard. Afvaart met de boot naar o.a. Lucern is naast ht hotel. Evenals een plek om heerlijk te zemmen met uitzicht op de bergen.

Sehr schöne Lage, keine Gästekarte erhalten und erhielten auch keine zusätzlichen Informationen, Armaturen unten schmutzig, Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Kaffee hat uns gar nicht geschmeckt, Mini Brötli waren trocken, kein Birchermüesli. Um das Haus sah es sehr ungepflegt aus (vertrocknete Blumen, Eingang schmutzig). Das meiste Personal konnte nicht gut Deutsch. Keine Kosmetiktücher, nur harte Papiertücher

Hôtel en bord de route, nous avions une chambre a l'extrémité qui donnais sur le lac et sur la route, nous avons presque pas pu dormir a cause du bruit et impossible de fermer les fenêtre car pas de climatisation. Les chambres sont très vieilles, les fenêtres et vollets sont presque pas fermable et la qualités de la literie laisse a désirer. Au vu du cadre exceptionnelle dont jouis cet hôtel, il serai tellement facile de crée une expérience clients bien meilleure
