In my first night I was waken up at 3am due to a window that was left open due to the window was not functional (bad design), the window was not able to close, I had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to the exact same problem, I had a terrible first night staying at this hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel needs some repairs and upgrades. The drain in my shower was sunk @11/2 inch it was dangerous! The staff was not on top of things, for example leaving the bottle of water they supposed to provide.

La habitación se encontraba limpia y el personal súper amable, entiendo que el hotel es viejo pero la habitación tenía un aroma muy fuerte a humedad, y cuando digo fuerte era horrible entre humedad y pies. Tal vez si quitan alfombras guarde menos aromas y quede súper el hotel. Quiero pensar que el aroma era de la alfombra por que las sábanas y toallas olían a suavizante.Todo hubiera estado perfecto sin ese aroma

Lo mejor es la ubicación. El colchón de la cama no es lo mejor, me tocó uno bastante duro. Al realizar la limpieza a la habitación no cambian las sábanas, solo las vuelven a tender, me di cuenta porque una de mis sabanas tenía una pequeña mancha, y siempre me dejaban la misma, solo tendían la cama. Su área de oportunidad sería la limpieza. La ubicación y el personal excelente. Tiene vistas muy bonitas de la ciudad.
