Refundable deposits

• Deposit: EUR 100 per accommodation, per stay

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 April, EUR 0.80 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

Optional extras

• Heating is available for an extra charge of EUR 5 per night
• Air conditioning is available for an extra charge of EUR 5 per night
• Bed sheets are available for an extra charge of EUR 15 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)

Children & extra beds

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• The seasonal pool is open from May 31 to September 07
