Just stayed here one night in between a couple of other Swedish destinations. Hotel staff was extremely friendly, great breakfast, and kept my bags during the day after I checked out. Hotel is right next to the Stockholm Central train station and an easy walk to the old town areas, shopping districts, and a quick tram to the museums.

When I got to the hotel to check in the hotel didn’t have a room reservation for me. I received no email from Hotels.com or from the hotel prior to arriving. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be using or recommending Hotels.com to anyone.

I was in Stockholm for a football match. I stayed here for two nights. Check-in was busy. But ok. Room was usual Radisson room. Shower was in bath. Not so powerful. Breakfast was really busy. At 8:00 to 8:30. Very busy. Breakfast was 3.5/5. I was unlucky last morning as floor under the table was very sticky. Someone had spilt something. There is a fairly small bar in the lobby area. It’s open until 12am. At night there is a security guard come gate keeper when you return to the hotel. He pounces on you to check you are staying there, even if you’re holding the door cars. Room nbr and name required before you can continue to the elevators. Elevators were efficient. 4 of them handling the many floors. Location is good - next to river - and very close to Central train station and walking distance to shops etc. Check out was swift. Would I stay there again? It’s a Yes.

Self checkin machines are terrible (takes extremly long) and the staff is not of any help. After wasting 15 minutes with the checkin machine to check myself in and create a key card. I had to go to reception anyhow to get a printed invoice, which I told them in the first place. Paying 350 EUR for this services is a waste of money. Carpets in the room are not really clean and should be removed. Good is that the hotel is close to Arlanda Express.
