Superfriendly and serviceminded staff and clean room. Location is perfect close to the trainstation and all the shopping. The only small minus is that you hear all action when people come and go, the doors slamming. If I ever come back I would love to stay here again.

Good budget option very well placed in the center of Cannes, close to the Palais des Festivals. Pleasant staff welcomed me. The room was clean and well appointed, however the room smelled very strongly of mould, and black mould was visibly present in the bathroom.

I booked a room for 2 and it was so small. I dont understand How this could be a room for 2? The shower was not fresh and the service was terrible. Not anyone of the staff felt kind and helpful. I did not feel welcome to be honest. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Awful room. Couldn’t even open the cupboard because the bed blocked it. The Balcony looked in the gutter with cheap plastic chairs. Bathroom was abysmally small. I asked for a glass and a spoon, and the night staff said that he needs the spoon for breakfast and gave me a beer glass. I spent more than $4000. Never seen a smaller elevator in my life. Good location, but way overpriced for the Cannes Film Festival. The cleaning staff were very nice. The rest was awful. Avoid

Not what I expected

The hotel was not what I expected. No view as advertised, but the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Due to a family emergency at home, I had to check out 3 days early. They would not credit me for those days which was disappointing.

Staying in the street is better than staying there

We had médecine that should stay on the fridge because my husband is diabetic and the receptionist refused to take it, the hotel is not clean , the noise between room is just unacceptable : the most horrible stay . More we stayed one day only in stead of 3 , they took the hole stay at arrivée and they didn’t want to refund the 2 night!
