The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of the stay, with a good variety and overall very satisfying quality. Unfortunately, the experience at reception was rather mediocre and could have been more welcoming and attentive. The room itself was spacious and offered plenty of space to feel comfortable, although it was quite dark and could benefit from better lighting. The bathroom was reasonably clean and well maintained, but nothing particularly impressive. The biggest disappointment was the bed, which I did not find comfortable and affected the overall quality of the stay. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, particularly the breakfast and room size, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service, lighting, and sleeping comfort.

Not very clean. Last guest in our room had put a dirty spoon under the towels. It fell out when we took the towels, so they were obviously not changed between guest. Shower was also quite dirty and with hair on the shower floor. Breakfast was ok, same everyday, not a good selection of bread, but fine. Hot food was very plain. The personell was very helpful though, and it was an okay stay all together.

Fine hotel a short walk from the station “Zoologischer Garten” where there a great connections to the whole city including the airport. Kind and very helpful personal. Arrived earlier than check-in but got my room anyway. Got a room with right beside the elevator and with the railway running outside the windows. Despite that I wasn’t bothered by sound from either. Only bad thing was the bed. It was very hard and small, especially if you are more than one person.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Max. The location was perfect with U and S bahn stations all within a 10 min walk. A variety of restaurants are also within walking distance as is the main shopping street where KaDeWe is located. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food options, though the hot selection could offer something different daily. However, I would recommend this hotel as there were more positives than negatives.

Having stayed at other Hampton Hilton hotels I knew what to expect - a room with curtains that shut completely and a clean, modern, slight premium feel and a very good breakfast. With a comfortable sofa and a good range of TV channels, you can’t complain, it’s like a home away from home. The only improvement would be to put domes over the hot food in the breakfast hall so the scrambled eggs and such stay hot or warm.

The hotel is really in the center, and subway or stops are very close, and the room was comfortable and clean, but the mini fridge is missing in the room, and that's quite astonishing. Breakfast was good. For sure it is not like a Hilton.The staff are helpfull. The only bad thing I can say is the hotel is very close to the S-Bahn, and especially the twin rooms are looking that way and are loud.

Our first room was located right in front of the railroads outside. The noise from passing trains 24/7 was horrible and we had to change the room. The second one had an outdated bed which made sleeping painful. The hotel felt secure and was clean. The price for the breakfast didn't meet the quality of it.

A very nice stay

Nice stay for 3 nights at Hampton. Efficent check-in from friendly staff. Well-eqiupped and large room with a comfy bed. The pillows were a little soft, but you get two. Plus for a charging station next to the bed. A desk for laptop work was perfect with power socket easily accessible. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower and large sink. Just missed a few pegs for hanging towels. Good wifi. Missed a fridge, though.
