A lovely hotel in a busy and vibrant part of the city with great access to the historic parts of Cusco. The hotel is great value for money, very clean and well looked after. All the people working there are helpful, friendly and kind, working tirelessly to make guests enjoy there stay. When we stayed the clientele were a friendly mix of familes with youngsters, groups of friends and couples.

An excellent hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from plaza de Armas in a very lively area. Breakfast excellent plenty of fresh fruit, bread & eggs. Tea, coffee & water available 24x7. Rooms spacious and hot powerful shower which was a bonus. All staff friend welcoming. Would recommend this hotel to other visitors to Cusco

The hotel room wasn’t ready until 1 hour after check in. In 5 days, my room was never cleaned. No new towels. No trash removal. No additional toilet paper and other toiletries.

É um bom hotel, que oferece conforto aos hóspedes e tem boa localização, perto do mercado San Pedro e da Estaçãp Peru Rail, o que foi muito cômodo. O que não gostei foi que o banheiro não tinha espaçõ para itens como sabonete, shampoo etc.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la habitación es amplia y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. En lo personal lo único que me pareció incomodo fueron las almohadas. Pero eso ya es criterio de cada persona. El personal atento y servicial, nos orientó que hacer porque debido a un paro nacional en Perú nos suspendieron la actividad que teníamos programada.

Un espacio muy agradable y céntrico. Con un desayuno básico buffet o incluso desayuno para llevar si tomas un tour, habitaciones muy bonitas, el único Pero que se le podría poner es que se escucha mucho ruido.
