Check in was smooth and the counter staffs are very professional and patience in explaining things to us. There is also a Welcome Drink upon your arrival. Hotel provides a Buggy service to nearby Metro stations with schedule timings. There is a small restaurant which provides Buffet Breakfast Daily. There is a Gym and a Swimming Pool at the 10th floor of the Hotel with nice views. Room was spacious and has a city view. Aircon is really cold and things in the Room is new. Toiletries are provided as well. There is a Safe in the Room too. There is a 7-11 just opposite. Walking distance to Big C (10min to 15mins) and along the way, many eateries you can find to fill your stomach. There is a Spa and a Cafe right at the Lobby level. This area which is known as Saphankwai is not a traffic jammed area. The Hotel is located along Pradipat Road, very near to other Hotels like The Elizabeth Hotel, Mido Hotel and Pradipat Hotel.
