The room has a perfect location, right in the middle of Zadar’s old town. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Zadar. Everything would have been perfect if it was not from the VERY noisy water system. Despite from this issue, the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location. I had the one of the two top floor units and it was plenty big and very well done. The bathroom might have been the size of the whole room. Even with its location the resteraunts around arent open super late so noise isnt an issue. Parking was difficult. It is literally find a street parking spot and pay (wasnt too bad on price) but your car is gonna be blocks from the accomodation most likely. Also check in and checkout are at a restaraunt. But property owner never seemed far away if you sent a Whatsapp message to them.

So it’s a negative positive. Firstly it’s not really a hotel it’s an apartment if you need to see somebody you will have to walk to a restaurant about 100mtrs away. Obviously this is not 24 hrs. Contact was good initially and the area around is beautiful, amenities very close by. Access to apartments is a sweet little old door to a steep unlit staircase. The room I had was double bed decor very modern and minimalist, shower was great. Unfortunately in this particular room there was an ants nest not only ants but also flying ants, I don’t notice anything until I was awoken but tickling in my sleep then a bit later when I went to the loo the same in my leg. I turned on the lights to be greeted with the ants crawling up my leg whilst sat on the loo. I then looked in the room and there were flying ants everywhere. I cleared the room as best I can to try and go back to sleep but it was too uncomfortable. I walked around zadar for 3 hrs before making my way to the reception restaurant to ask for a full refund. I provided pictures and and was willing to be as helpful and I could but the manager would not speak to me and told the young lady that I would not receive a refund because I’d had food in the room. It was a 1st floor room I hadn’t had food I’d gone out for food and even if I had food they have an infestation. The lack of communication and respect at the minute infuriated me. I reiterate the apartment is nice but the area but I was disgusted their attitude.

Very convenient location but no parking. Friendly staff. Comfortable and good size bed, plenty choice on TV. Comfortable and good sized bed. Needs upgrading to decor and furniture. Bathroom could be cleaner. Broken tiles on bathroom. 4 flights of stairs to room. Water tank noise when running water but very quiet from nearby bars.

Great location right in the old town. We had three rooms and self check in suites as we were arriving late. Room clean and comfy bed. Could have done with towel change but we never went and asked so can’t comment if they would have done so. Would stay again.

Pensavo fosse un hotel e che ci fosse una concierge, invece il servizio è basato sul self service. La camera era comunque ordinata e pulita, ma non aspettatevi i servizi di un hotel, piuttosto quelli di un affittacamere di alto livello
