El Hostal Las Fuentes es todo un clásico de Madrid donde la limpieza, comodidad y el confort están siempre garantizados. Las habitaciones, todas ellas renovadas, cuentan con una Smart TV de 55”, baño privado, climatizador individual, una pequeña nevera y amplios armarios vista para colocar la ropa y otros enseres. Tanto el encargado, su subalterna, así como el personal de limpieza son muy proactivos estando siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

I booked for 3 nights. After 1 night, I left and stayed somewhere else. That sums up how unhappy I was. The staff was rude. The place lacked character and any welcoming atmosphere. I felt like I was in a prison the room was so small and claustrophobic.

I asked them to call me a taxi the next morning when I leave to the Airport, at 8. They said they will be there at that time or before 8:00 am. There was not one there at the desk. there was another lady who works there too, was going to dry her hair. I asked her and she didn't help me. They are not from Spain, they are foreigners. I had to drag my suitcase through the streets looking for a taxi at 7:45 am it was difficult. Don't count on any help at all from the desk.

El hostal las Fuentes es lo más parecido a un hotel de 3 estrellas superior. Las instalaciones están totalmente renovadas. El personal de recepción y de limpieza son educados muy amables en el trato. El aire acondicionado es individual para cada habitación lo cual resulta súper cómodo para los viajeros más exigentes. En general, todo muy bien. Repetiré!

Súper céntrico, cama cómoda, habitación más que suficiente para descansar. El único inconveniente de esta vez es que nos dieron habitación delante de recepción y no teníamos la tranquilidad y privacidad de estar en la otra planta. Pero volveremos, avisando que queremos una habitacion en el piso superior. Hostal recomendable para visitar el centro y con sitios para desayunar cerca.
