Loved the Westin. Excellent service, friendly staff, great amenities. Hotel was well located and of a very high standard. The spa and gym facilities were excellent although the reception staff in the spa department left a lot to be desired in regards to customer service. Everything else was of a very high standard.

We loved the hotel. Nice location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and good but the bed was exceptionally comfortable, bigger than king size and the pillows too were large. In my opinion there could have done better with the colour scheme of the hotel. They have painted most of the hotel in black which makes the space look smaller than what it really is. Had they painted it with light earthly colours it would look great.

Superb experience. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and tidy. I stayed one night only after coming back from a big day tour in Lima-Paracas and had a very nice rest. The buffet was great with a lot of variety of food

It was homely, comfortable,respectful ,happy and helpful Needs small things such as Tissues, notepaper and an iron
