We got in at 1am after a 6hr drive and was told they did not have a room for us despite my reservation AND payment through hotels.com. The man was quite rude and refused to give any reasoning or paperwork to provide for a refund. So my Fiance and I had to sleep in our car in a parking lot on valentines night! Now I’m fighting with hotels.com for a refund because the hotel will not respond to their continued communication. I paid extra for the trip protection and they can do nothing for me because the hotel refused to provide me any documents. This is by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. I will NEVER stay at this hotel and I have warned all of my friends about my experience. The hotel management should be ashamed of themselves for treating paying customers like this.

Very disappointed with this hotel stay, no parking in parking lot. Hotel was kind of sketchy. Bed was hard as a rock, just had a sheet and thin blanket, bathroom floor was cracked and lifting, and limited lighting. No customer service when it came to getting trash picked up, or having enough toilet paper for 3 days.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dead bugs, dirty towels and bathroom, random blanket and one pillow, and nasty sheets.
