Cependant, plusieurs points nécessitent de la vigilance. Les infrastructures manquent de maintenance. La propreté, bien que généralement satisfaisante, mériterait un petit effort sur certains détails, comme la salle de bain ou les draps. Par ailleurs, l’isolation laisse à désirer, ce qui a entraîné quelques nuisances sonores avec les voisins.
