My experience at LCT Residence left nothing to be desired. The parking was convenient and well-managed, the surrounding neighborhood was lively and full of charm, and the panoramic view from the upper floors was simply the best I've ever seen. Really beautiful and spacious apartment living. Clean with beautiful views of the ocean. Heated floors even. Easy location with convenience to a grocery store, 7-11 and mall with lots of food places. The AC and refrigerator dispenser options were a little hard to navigate even with Google translator. Tips: there are lots of LCT locations and so you need to be specific about which one. “Apartmento” seems to register with taxi drivers. Or they can figure it out with Google Maps or NAVER maps. Once you check in, you can communicate with them thru WhatsApp. They are very responsive. Almost all the staff know some English so they can help you call a taxi or with whatever you need. Minor things with the room. I wished they stocked some paper towels for the kitchen or a few basic toiletries items, but it is more of “apartment” living rather than a hotel. When checking out, try to go a little earlier than the 11:00 check out as everyone checks out last minute and there is a mad rush at the lobby and difficulty finding a taxi. Overall would definitely come back again and stay even longer.

Only the drawback was a hotel check in process that an instruction was unclear and difficult to locate check in area. Other than that it was an amazing stay and would give five star remarks.

High rise new 3 br 3 ba apartment on haeundae beach with mall on thef irst 2 floors and hotel nearby. Easy walk to blue line, nearby restaurants and haeundae beach. Spectacular view from 59th floor. Easy communication with the host via messenging app. We were there during bts concert and price might reflect that Kitchen not well stocked. 6 plates, 6 mugs... Had only 4 towel set on check in although now provided during stay

조식 선택은 비추합니다. 샌드위치랑 햄버거 선택인데, 샌드위치 선택했는데 햄버거 갖다 줬구요. 2인분 선택했는데 햄버거 하나를 반으로 나눠서 2인분이라고 갖다 줬구요. 샐러드도 그냥 한군데에 1인분 정도 분량을 갖다 주네요. 배달시간도 지정하지 못하고 9시이전에 갖다준다고만 합니다. 실망이 큽니다.

빠른 체크인과 B4층 데스크 직원들 아주 친절하네요. 엘시티레지던스 첫이미지가 좋았어요. 객실도 아주 쾌적하고 기족들이 지내기엔 아주 좋은 선택지네요. 해운대 비치류는 뭐 말할것도 없이 아름답구요. 편의점등 편의시설도 훌륭하고 주변 맛집도 많아 잘 지내다 왔어요.
