Établissement avec un vrai potentiel et l’ambition de ses étoiles, mais trop de détails empêchent encore l’expérience attendue à ce niveau. J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour me reposer. Je repars plus fatiguée. Point principal : chambre mal insonorisée, avec deux réveils à 5h du matin à cause des voisins du dessus. À ce tarif, la qualité du sommeil devrait être irréprochable. La piscine étant ouverte au public extérieur, l’expérience est aussi moins exclusive et plus animée que ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Côté service, le problème majeur est le manque de régularité : selon les personnes sur qui l’on tombe, l’expérience peut être excellente ou décevante. On attend davantage de constance. Exemples : - chambre non prête à 15h alors que d’autres arrivés après ont été servis avant ; - serveur me courant après pour une glace à 5€ non signée après 3 jours sur place ; - informations parfois imprécises sur la carte ; - manque de coordination entre bar et restaurant ; - présence de fourmis jusque dans la valise. Je souligne toutefois plusieurs vrais points positifs : certains serveurs ont été très professionnels et attentionnés. Mes intolérances au gluten ont globalement été respectées malgré quelques erreurs. Le chef m’a préparé deux soirs un plat hors carte, geste très apprécié. Mention spéciale enfin pour la restauration : produits faits maison, volonté de travailler local, vraie démarche qualitative. Bel établissement avec de bonnes bases mais qui peut…

Cet hôtel est très bel hôtel, la déco de la chambre est soignée et moderne. Le personnel est très sympa et souriant, ils nous demandent si tout va bien et tout le monde dit bonjour. Le petit déjeuner tout est fait maison gâteaux, jus de fruits frais (passion mon préféré), yaourt, fromage blanc et bien d'autres choses. Le pain super bon !!

L'hôtel est récent, tout est donc en très bon état. De maniere generale, les prestations sont très bonnes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et tout est fait maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, ont toutes une vue mer, et sont bien isolées. Le service de chambre est irréprochable. Il faut prendre la voiture car il n'y a pas d'activités (plages,restaurants, superettes) autour de l'hôtel. Les petits points négatifs : l'accès au SPA est payant 30€ avec une réduction de 10€ si vous réservez avant votre arrivée à l'hôtel. Ce qui est difficile à mettre en œuvre. Pas de early check in possible pour nous, malgré une demande faites plusieurs jours avant l'arrivée. On nous propose une option payante sur place que l'on accepte et finalement, on nous indique qu'il n'y a pas de disponibilité. Cocktail de bienvenue servi à tous les clients à l'arrivée, sauf pour nous, certainement un oubli de la part de la réception.
