really nice resort place to stay around kilimanjaro area. Every nice room and garden, 25 hours warm water for shower. Food is good and local and western options. Staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely need to check out this place when you come to kilimanjaro area for a relaxing stay.

Horrible experiencia. Llegamos al hotel, tuvimos que hacernos nosotros mismos el check in apuntando nuestros datos en un cuaderno, el gerente me preguntó que cuánto tenía que pagar, finalmente lo miró en su reserva. No había nadie en el alojamiento. Nosotros habíamos pagado por dos tent luxury que se supone que es lo mejor que tienen….pues no, no es lo mejor. No había jabón en el baño, no podíamos usar la ducha porque no funcionaba bien, no había cortinas ni mampara además. Todo bastante surrealista. Las reservas eran con desayuno incluido, pues el gerente no nos quiso dar el desayuno porque salimos temprano y nos dijo textualmente que se le complicaba mucho, le dije que nos preparara un picnic, aunque fuera algo de fruto, nunca hubo ese picnic ni nada. La verdad es que vergonzosa experiencia, pagamos mucho para este tipo de alojamiento, que sinceramente no vale ni la mitad. Bastante lamentable todo.
