The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, in the wee hours of the morning, it was discovered that the water was off. Therefore, we could not stay because we had a funeral to attend later that morning. And had to move to Holiday Inn Express.

There was no water in the hotel. Staff was not cooperative and had to check out really early morning with 2 kids under 5. Staff blamed a county wide outage but it seemed like a property issue as there was water overflowing at the parking lot. Please issue a refund.

Hotel has no water in the room I was assigned. Front desk states that the entire county doesn’t have water which is false. I checked in yesterday but didn’t enter the room until this morning. I will be requesting a refund.
