Well located in the heart of the city. On-street parking outside with help from security. Reception is located on the 4th floor but the lift starts from the 1st level and only goes to the 3rd floor. Not that it was an issue for us but could be for others although there is a life on the other side that accesses the rooms which goes to all levels but not near where the parking is. Excellent hotel right in the hub of the city. Staff were outstanding. Very helpful and obliging. We used the indoor pool after a hot bike ride - very refreshing - great spa staff member. Hotel stored our luggage for 3 days at no charge after check out. Very convenient whilst we travelled to Komani Lake for 3 nights. WiFi excellent. Good array of sport and English speaking news channels. Overall very happy with this hotel.
