Breakfasts were tasty and the workers in the dining area were plesent and attentive. At the front desk we were greeted warmly and had a nice couple of conversations about or trip and got some helpful tips on what to see. The room we stayed in had recently been refurbished and was well kitted out with a fridge, safe and kettle. The hotel is in a quite area so great for a nights restful sleep.

Two night Belfast stay
Good location, lovely staff and a fantastic breakfast. Two night stay in November 2024. Our first night was in a room in the annexe near the car park, a road and the railway line. Too noisy for me so we requested a room change which was done very professionally and efficiently. We had a good night's sleep on our second night. After I returned home I emailed the manager and I was happy with her response.
