Hotel was excellent. Great location, very clean and service was spectacular. You will not be disappointed staying as this hotel. We were looking for a smaller boutique hotel in close proximity to the center of town and this hotel was perfect. The gentlemen who handled the breakfast in the morning went above and beyond to make you feel special. Every breakfast was cooked to order and the coffee was brewed a cup at a time. Amazing. This botique hotel is extremely charming. We found ourselves in Capri and found Villa Certosa by chance - so greatful that we did! We stayed in a few hotels in Italy and Villa Certosa was the clear highlight. We would not hessitate to come back. As experienced world travelers we can say that the staff was among the best being extremely helpful and gracious A+! The breakfast was excellant. The room was spotless and the location was perfect for taking in the amazing sights and tastes that Capri has to offer. The only issue is that you may find yourself wishing you were coming back sooner!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at the Ville Certosa hotel. It's a beautiful, modern boutique hotel that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff greeted us with cold water and towels, which was a thoughtful touch after our travels. They were incredibly helpful and even gave us a tour of the property. The hotel itself is stunning. We spent some time at the pool, which was lovely and had excellent service, serving both food and drinks late into the evening. Our room was just as impressive; the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the large, modern bathroom was a great feature. The location couldn't be better—it’s within walking distance of all the local shops, bars, and restaurants. A special shout-out to the poolside server who made the best Aperol Spritz we had during our entire trip! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was by far the best hotel experience we have had in Italy (maybe to date) Carmen was such a welcome to the island - helping us book beach clubs, dinner reservations, giving advice, and making our stay completely stress-free and enjoyable. The accommodations are beautiful - everything is new, comfortable, well designed, and the balcony rooms offer beautiful vistas to the sea. The breakfast was not only delicious but abundant, and the service staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience so enjoyable. We loved the stay so much, we stayed in Capri a day longer than expected. I hope that when we return, we will stay at the Villa Certosa again.
