Easy check-in despite us arriving really late in the evening. Nice straff and quiet rooms and an extra plus that it is dog-friendly :)

2/10 Poor

Bourg en bresse is a bit of dump and nowhere opened to buy supplies on a Monday before 8.30am. The accommodation is pretty tired and the bed was very uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend. Unpleasant smell in reception/ breakfast area. Staff were friendly!

Ibis budget meets expectations

Exactly what I expected from an Ibis budget. The plus side is that this Ibis seems brand new.

Rude woman on checkin ordering people around like prisoners. I went to complain the following morning and the morning crew were equally customer hostile.
