Very nice staff and they organized a fun Dragshow in the evening. Close to old town with all the good restaurants. One minus is the bathroom, which dosent give much privacy due to the glass door (frosted) so the sounds are heard by everyone in the room.

The hotel is centrally located only a few minutes walk from the Bilbao train station on the edge of the old town. The room was spacious but I’d caution that it’s an open plan design meaning that there’s not much separation between the sleeping area and the bathroom area. The pool was small but was very popular nonetheless and the rooftop bar/pool area had great views of the river and Bilbao. Bed was also very comfortable.

The hotel is nice, welcoming, and clean. The air conditioning worked great and was a good respite from the heat. Breakfast was good but picked over if you weren’t there early. The sun deck is small but nice. Our only complaint was that the pool is in need of an overhaul. There were a lot of missing tiles and the stairs were unsafe. But, overall, it was a nice location.
