8/10 Very good

Upon arrival we were told the family room was not available and we were given 2 rooms, the family room from what I understand is not finished yet and I was not sure why it was offered or why I was not warned in advance. Otherwise hotel is lovely, staff was helpful, breakfast was tasty and location is good.

10/10 Exceptional

A beautifully-designed room in an incredibly quiet hotel in a neighbourhood that we loved. On a quiet residential street within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit, including the football stadium and restaurants and coffee shops of Laureles. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, the shower and bath products provided were lovely, the a/c was strong and functional, and we enjoyed the small balcony and the view of the surrounding mountains, especially at night.
