We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates and, without hesitation, would give it 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was excellent. A special mention must go to the security team (Manzi, Hamza, etc). They were extremely professional, polite and reassuring throughout our stay. You could tell that security and guest safety are taken seriously, while the team remained friendly and welcoming. It made the hotel feel very safe and comfortable, particularly when coming and going at different times of the day. The housekeeping team also deserve a huge thank you. Our room was kept exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the stay, with great attention to detail. The staff were consistently polite, hardworking and attentive, and their efforts really made a difference. It is often the housekeeping team who can make or break a hotel stay, and here they were outstanding. The location is almost impossible to beat. Having direct access to the Mall of the Emirates is incredibly convenient. Restaurants, shops, cafés, entertainment and the metro are all right there, meaning there is hardly any need to get in a car just to find somewhere to eat or shop. The direct indoor connection is especially valuable in Dubai's heat. The hotel is also very well positioned for getting around Dubai and accessing Sheikh Zayed Road. Highly recommended.

Excellent clean room, amazing staff and security, fabulous check-in, everyone is very relaxed and professional, which is why I keep returning, the Besh Turkish restaurant was a huge surprise the food was amazing there I would recommend. we had a 1BR suite and the rooms were amazing including a gorgeous view of the Burj Al Arab. The breakfast at Besh (included in our stay) was wonderful with a variety of foods offered from around the world. The staff was very kind, patient and also just overall it was a great experience to be at this hotel. Proximity to the mall of the emirates (internally connected) was another plus to the location of the hotel. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel, especially for a stay with family!
