호텔이 예전에 라마다 였기 때문에 기본적인 인테리어는 호텔답고 고급스러운데, 현재 운영하는 주체가 모텔느낌으로 운영중임. 과거에 고급스러웠을 로비에는 코인 안마의자가 늘어져있고 새 수건에는 체모가 붙어있는 수준. 카운터직원은 전혀 호텔리어 느낌이 아니여서 친절함이랄게 아예 없음. 모텔 카운터에서 열쇠 받아가는 느낌. 주차자리도 너무너무 부족함

1. 객실, 욕실, 침구는 청결했음. 2. 주차환경은 매우 불편했음-지하 주차공간도 협소하고 주변주차장도 이용이 불편함, 오후 11시 이후에 이중주차가 허용되었으나 일부 이용객만 가능했음. 3. 에어컨 작동은 잘 됨 4. 레스토랑이나 스낵바가 없어서 조식과 석식은 이용자체가 불가능했음. 5. 직원은 친절하나, 특별하거나 인상갚은 수준은 아니었음. 6. 오전 3시와 8시경 2자례 화재경보가 발생했으며, 직원의 안내나 대피 관련한 가이드가 거의 없는 수준이었음-이유도 모르고 안내도 부족하여 잠을 잘 수가 없었고, 아이들과 함께 있어서 불안함이 컸지만 해소되지 않고, 설명도 미비했음. 결론: 룸 건디션은 좋지만, 식사나 화재대응을 고려하면 다시 이용하고 싶지 않습니다.

정선 여행 숙박시설로는 만족스러우나 직원이 전반적으로 불친절. 호텔에서 제공하는 기본적 서비스도 불가함. 아이스팩을 냉동보관하거나 얼음을 얻는것도 불가함. 지하주차장도 너무 좁아서 대부분 외부 공터에 주차해야하는데 여기도 제대로 관리가 되고있다고 보기는 어려움. 다음에는 그냥 하이원으로 가거나 강원도 다른 지역에서 숙박할 듯.
