On arrival at the gate, we did not get a good initial impression. However, that all changed once we found the staff. They were amazingly helpful and led us down a woodland path to our chalet which was great. Spacious, clean and with everything we needed.Dinner was great and very reasonably priced and the restaurant overlooks Lake Victoria. They have their own boat and took us to Entebbe free of charge and they took our car over on the ferry. Overall, it was as a lovely experience with the most helpful staff ever.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating, we were made to feel like family. They arranged a shoebill tour and a ride over to Entebbe and a taxi waiting for us. The highlight was having drinks by a fire listening to the frogs and watching the fireflies. It’s a pretty special place

We had a wonderful stay at this lodge in Entebbe! The location is truly special—right on the lake and only accessible by water taxi, which makes it feel like a peaceful escape from everything. At night, you can hear all the wildlife around you, which adds to the unique experience. During the day, the area is full of fascinating birds—perfect for nature lovers. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. And the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway.
