Great and quite place!
Super nice place, friendly and chill staff! The breakfast was super! Near the beach and local street food, and a good pool. Also near Nawi beach house where you can indulge more if you want to. Really enjoyed it!

Great stay with a beautiful beach view
Overall my stay was great. The rooms I stayed in was very nice and clean. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and I asked for some house keeping to get the room cleaned but I never did get any service. Other than that my stay was great.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Good food and drinks.
The only thing I didn’t like is that we checked in and our room was hot. The AC wasn’t turned on. I would really appreciate going into a cool room, especially with it being as Hot as it is and humid outself.
Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Matti(sp?) and Kyle were excellent hosts going above and beyond every chance they got. Equally amazing was the food. EVERY meal tasted great. The beach was only foot steps away across the dirt road. The room was clean but lost points due to lack of amenities. Big issues for me were no hot water and no tv. Dear owner. Don't be so damn cheap. Spend the couple hundred dollars and buy a tv. You charge enough money, hot water should not even be a second thought. A luggage rack would have helped too. The room on the main floor could have used a heavier door with some insulation to stop noise from the sitting area directly outside. The pool needs paint and proper chemistry so it's not cloudy. Hopefully you pay your staff enough for making up the slack. You are so close to being five star. Why not finish the job?

This is our 2nd time returning. And as just like last year, The staff was amazing. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in our shower was very weak but we notified Mateo the manager and they took care of it immediately.Turns out some calcification built up but they removed it and then the shower pressure was perfect. Theres a good amount of food options on the menu (some new ones too)but we really enjoyed the burritos & quesadillas the most. Plus, the kitchen is now open later than last time we came and it was wondeful that we were able to order food late. We'll be retuening next year and plant to extend our stay from 1 week to atleast 3-4 weeks.
See you next year Casaola!

My wife and I stayed at Casaola Mizata for a friend’s wedding nearby and had a wonderful experience. The property is clean, quiet, and charming—just steps from the beach. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing. While there’s some cosmetic chipping due to sun exposure, it doesn’t affect how clean and relaxing the space is.
The food and drinks were simple but satisfying. There’s also a yoga space and a quiet room with Wi-Fi if you need to work. The real standout, though, is Sergio, the owner. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and made us feel incredibly welcome. When we arrived, our A/C wasn’t working, but he acted immediately and had it fixed within the hour! The staff was also warm, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.
We didn’t experience any pests in our room, and the surrounding nature is part of the charm of El Salvador. Locals in the area are friendly and welcoming. Plus, El Salvador uses the U.S. dollar, and the hotel accepts cards and Apple Pay, which made everything easy.
Sergio clearly takes pride in this hotel. We felt cared for and at ease the entire time. Highly recommend Casaola Mizata for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic beachside stay.
