Hotel maravilhoso com ótima localização, privacidade ê conforto. Além de ter uma lavanderia interna que ajudou demais pra quem já estava viajando a muito tempo. Merenda excelente com uma grande variedade. E cardápio pro jantar muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos e muito bem treinados.

Hotel nos surpreendeu, funcionários educados, prestativos, local bem localizado. Só não vou dar nota 10, pois o elevador estava com defeito e não parava no andar solicitado. Outra coisa que nos desagradou bastante, foi uma senhora abrir a porta do nosso quarto, na madrugada, por sorte meu esposo estava acordado e barrou a entrada da mesma, liguei e reclamei na portaria, mas infelizmente ninguém nos retornou para dar uma explicação, pois foi muito constrangedor. Também não tem vaga reservada para PCD.

Estadia super agradável, tivemos problemas com muitas formigas no primeiro quarto e foram super solícitos em nos trocar de quartos, sendo que sempre que precisávamos, estavam à disposição. Em relação à limpeza, estava agradável, mas podia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros e principalmente do exaustor e ar-condicionado.

Pedi um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro, nos deram. Mas era impossível de se movimentar entre as camas, armário caindo aos pedaços, para minha sogra com mobilidade reduzida circular tivemos que juntar duas camas no canto pra dar espaço. Baratas, eu tenho horror mas cada ida ao banheiro era uma novidade. Durante a primeira noite o ar condicionado que ficava em cima da cama soltou muita água durante a madrugada e minha sogra tomou um banho enquanto dormia. Então pedimos para nos trocar de quarto pois a cama molhou toda, trocaram por um no térreo, pois bem apareceram baratas muitos maiores que no quarto anterior. Tinha barata até na vitrina da joalheria que tinha lá dentro. De bom mesmo só tinha a localização de resto situação precária e lamentável. A foto anexada foi a que lembrei de tirar visto que tenho muito medo, minha mãe e minha sogra matavam as baratas antes de eu ver. Ar condicionado do segundo quarto extremamente barulhento. Quarto do lado do estacionamento de ônibus muito barulho de manhã.

O atendimento dos funcionários foram excelentes. Tem que melhorar a água do chuveiro demora para atingir o aquecimento, gastando muita água ou tomando banho com água fria se estiver com presa. Também tem que colocar suportes para toalhas de banho e rosto. O café da manhã, também muito bom.
