Clean but not priced as advertised
The location is great and the property was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, there are lots of hidden surprises once you book. Several hundred unexpected dollars for a property fee... The host lives on the backside of the house. Pets are not allowed. One of the hosts asked me when we planned to check out before we had even checked in. The day of check out, I got a text from the host at 6:30 am reminding me to follow all their rules at checkout. The sprinklers turn on and cover the driveway and front door between 4-5pm so checking in was awkward. I had to ask 2x for the sprinklers to be turned off. We stayed for 5 nights. There was not enough TP or paper towels or wash clothes. We had to buy more. The location is good but the furniture and basic supplies provided leaves something to be desired. I liked the neighborhood but I would not stay here again as I think a hotel would have been more accommodating.
