We loved staying inside the national park. It makes it so easy to go on the tour and visit the area. It’s an older hotel but met all our needs. The staff at check in and the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Great place.
They need to add a table in the cabin.
TV or wifi would be a plus.
Super clean. Comfy bed.

It was great staying inside the National Park, and even walking distance to the visitor’s center! The cabin was adorable, and the bed was so comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a great place to stay located in the middle of the National Park. Cave tours and numerous trails are all centrally located. We ate at both restaurants and enjoyed both of them. We had a great time and glad we came.

Great property! Clean and tidy cabins. Our family of seven fit into the larger cabin really well. I loved that there wasn’t any WiFi or televisions. The trails near by were lovely. And I was honestly shocked at how close the cabin was to the historic entrance. Still really thankful for the short commute. Great place to stay!

We were assigned one of the 10 smaller cottage houses. Very cute and quaint but definitely lacking amenities that some people might expect. It would be great if they had some low-level lighting for the walking path from the parking lot to the cottages. They had air-conditioners in the windows which helped to keep us cool. The bed was good...not terribly big though.
The floor of the main living area was dirty...we noticed after having to wipe up a small mess. The bathroom was a bit run down and could have been updated a bit more.
The location was great. We did a 4pm tour on our arrival night...and then we did an 11am tour on our departure day. Very nice not having to move our vehicle once we were parked and it was great when having to run over to Visitor Centre. I could not imagine having to find accommodations at Bowling Green or elsewhere.

We loved the Woodland Cabins at Mammoth Caves. Check-in was a breeze and the park staff were so friendly and helpful. The cabins were meticulously clean and the camp cluster was super quiet. The cabins are an easy walk to the visitor center for tours and a little bit further to the lodge for coffee (excellent coffee shop) and food/dining. The cabins are “rustic”: no TV, no microwave (we did have private bathroom and shower, a mini fridge & coffee maker) so please don’t expect a city hotel here. This is a place where you can play games and cards, talk to a friend, and read a book. We relaxed and enjoyed the quiet of nature. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. Great experience

This was exactly what we needed. Super convenient when traveling with kids and dogs. Lots of bed options for families with kids. Not fancy. It was a cabin but perfect for a stay in park.

A lot of work going on in the parking area. Not a lot of lights when arriving at night. The buildings are old but the rooms were large and clean.

The room was very clean and had a nice cold mini fridge. Bathroom was immaculate. Clean room overall with no weird smells. AC filters were very clean (I checked) and AC worked very well. Absolutely a great stay. Would come here again. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet $15 and reasonable. Good food. Parking is ample. Very good location to the tours.

Convenient for visiting Mammoth Caves National Park.
Our little cabin was clean & comfortable. It was a short walk from the parking area.
Only slight opportunity was how loud the AC unit was for us. It would wake us up at night.

The cottage was very nostalgic . Just what they said they would be. Although the floor needed a good cleaning. Definitely showed some age but it does appear they are working on up grades. The beds were comfy and it was convenient to the caves!

Staff was extremely helpful. The room had paint peeling from the walls and ceilings, bathroom cabinet did not close, and there was a spider web in the corner by the table. Room could use sanding, fresh paint, and a second nightstand. Bed was very comfortable.
