Property is modern and in an old industrial area which is currently being built up. Access to transport very easy with the tram right outside the property and a large facility available for dinner also right outside complete with pizza, brewery and bbq joint

Excellent stay.

This is our second time staying here and once again an excellent stay. This time we took the dog and the hotel couldn’t do enough to help us. Dog bed and water bowl provided and a little treat every time we went to the reception. The rooms overlooking the city and river are unusual and well appointed. Definitely recommended for a stay in Bremen.

What a lovely experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and offered me a coffee on arrival. Check-in was simple and quick, and I arrived promptly in my room with a wonderful view of the river from the cozy sitting nook at the window. The room was small but well-designed, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice bed. The amenities were exactly what I needed (though a hairdryer would be a nice additional touch). The common areas are very nice as well, and although I didn't avail of it, a 24/7 bar is a nice touch too!

Overall the hotel is very nice but some minus points for the missing TVs in the rooms - you should be able to borrow an ipad but all were already taken. Also the air was quite stuffed in the rooms despite the air conditioning. The service was ok but didn’t experience the staff so service minded.

We have stayed in this hotel before, and it is still a very nice hotel. There is a climat controller which we can’t get to work, this time and last time (followed the instructions on the card but temperature doesn’t go down) and unfortunately the room was quite hot at night. Was going to wash my (very long and thick) hair but found out the schampoo bottle was empty. I know that I could probably call and get it but when in shower you don’t. No breakfast this time, it was good but really expensive.

A rather unusual place, but cool in its own way and with a hip atmosphere. The style is simple and raw, with some interesting design details. The hotel is located in a very industrial area, which was not really to my taste, but it worked fine for one night. One downside was that there was no TV in the room. The car park is also a gravel lot, which is not particularly convenient when carrying or pulling a suitcase. Another issue was the “barception” concept, where the bar and reception share the same staff. In the middle of checking us in, the receptionist started helping a couple at the bar by rearranging their seating, setting their table, and serving wine and nuts. This felt a little frustrating, as I simply wanted to finish checking in and go to bed after a long drive. On a very positive note, they were incredibly kind to my dog and even gave him treats, which I really appreciated. It is always lovely when a hotel makes pets feel genuinely welcome.

Der Check in erfolgte freundlich und effizient. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und ebenso wie das gesamte Hotel interessant gestaltet. Da sich das Hotel in einem ehemaligen Silo befindet, sieht man die alten Betonmauern. Aufputz wurden die Kabel verlegt, die Schalter sind in Bakelitt Optik. Weiterhin wurde viel Stahl verbaut. Ingesamt eine toll gestaltete Einrichtung. Leider lies sich die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren, im Gegenteil, die Temperatur stieg weiter an. Als wir abends das Hotel verlassen haben um Essen zu gehen, bat ich darum während unserer Abwesenheit die Klimaanlage zu reparieren und anschließend auf 18 Grad einzustellen. Als wir nach Mitternacht wieder ins Zimmer kamen, war die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet und die Temperatur war weiter gestiegen. An Schlaf war in der Nacht nicht zu denken. Das Ausschalten der Klimaanlage bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur ist eine Frechheit. Ich habe das Problem beim Check out mitgeteilt. Zunächst entschuldigte man sich achselzuckend. Nachdem ich mitteilte, dass es damit nicht getan ist, bemühte man sich in den nächsten Tagen eine Wiedergutmachung auf den Weg zu bringen. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz, kostenpflichtig. Zu Fuß benötigt man in die Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten entlang der Weser.

Elsker at bo på Guldmedens hoteller, har boet på det i Berlin og to af dem i København. Dette hotel er også super flot og hyggelig som de andre, men desværre var der kun et håndklæde og sæbe og shampo i badet var ikke fyldt op, hvilket bare desværre giver et lidt dårligt ophold, da man regner med det bare er i orden.
