When I first made my reservation, nowhere did it say I was reserving a studio. If it would have said I was reserving a studio, I would have never reserved it. I was reserving a 1 bedroom with a kitchen.
Upon entering the room, there were lots of discrepancies, starting with no kitchen. Floor was dirty, beds were not cleaned properly, stains on sheets, yellow pillows, no toilet seat on toilet, no towels were offered. TV did not work, disconnected because cable did not reach the socket. I asked the guy and he walked away without saying anything and I thought he was going to get an extension cord, but he never came back.
If I wanted to use Microwave over, I would have had to take it out and carry it to the floor near the door in order to plug it in, it was not cleaned either.
I spoke with the manager when in order to let him know I did not reserve a studio, but a 1 bedroom with kitchen, he did not listen, kept repeating himself and interrupting me when I tried to explain what I had reserved, but he kept saying his system said it was a studio. He has no customer service skills and should not be a manager if he cannot make customers comfortable and make them feel like returning. Very rude manager. Instead of trying to find solutions, he just said then call and cancel the rest of the days.
If renting a studio, at least make it look like a studio, not a homeless shelter. . It is a building that has a lot of potential, but not with the current management.
