PICTURES ARE DECEIVING
We booked hotel based on the pool in the pictures, when we got there, there was no pool. We came with a large group of young girls for a softball tournament with nowhere to hang out as a team and when we would try to hang out we were told to be quiet and given an 8pm curfew! If the pool would have been real and not a picture of the apartment complexes down the road we would have had somewhere to hang out. Also, we were told we had a queen size bed and it was only a full.

Elevator was broken so we had to climb stairs, which is fine but the stairwell smells terrible. The rooms were nice but had minor maintenance issues, like the batbtub handle pulling away from the wall, toilet not filling.

I booked and paid for a one bedroom studio suite with queen size bed and pull out couch but the room did not have a pull out couch or separate sitting and sleeping area. When i asked the front desk she said only the king rooms have separate sleeping and sitting area with pull out couch.

Don’t stay here!
Was not provided the room I paid for. Would not move me to an acceptable room until after 1 1/2 hours of back and forth with hotels.com. Customer service was a zero from Marsha. I have been traveling for a living for over 30 years and stay in a wide variety of hotels all over the country and world. This was by far the worst problem I can remember ever having at any hotel ever. It’s not Candlewoods ( the company ) fault. Just this location.

Saved the day for my family!
This facility came in clutch for me and my family on a long road trip. We had to leave our previous hotel after walking in and checking the beds for bed bugs turned up bed bug stains. We ran out of there as fast as we could but had nowhere to go. The kind woman on staff at the counter was extremely helpful and put us on the 3rd floor at my request even though it was 10 o clock at night and we believe the room to have been a bit of an upgrade from what we had hastily booked on the drive over. Her kindness was an extremely welcome and appreciated show of hospitality for us tired travelers. The room was spotless and the AC worked well to cool it down quickly. The Candlewood offered us a perfect night of sleep and all the amenities in the room we could have possibly needed. I can't say enough good about this hotel. The only thing I'd change is the lack of offering for a Continental breakfast. However, the friendliness, service, hospitality and terrific nights sleep were well worth the price of an admission and we would return for another stay in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, I didn't catch her name but the woman who helped us check in is a gem and I hope management knows this and treats her accordingly. 6/21 9:30-10pm check-in
