The hotel is excellently well maintained and managed. Great location central to pretty much everything. The breakfast was always fresh and a nice selection. Staff so welcoming and friendly and always on hand to assist if required. I would definitely recommend Hotel Citrea if wanted to spend some time in Santander. Would stay again when back in Santander.

The room was perfectly clean and the furnishings were nicely appointed and in very good condition. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice, a good selection. The breakfast area is cozy, a tad small. The location is great; in town so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We upgraded to a room with a spa bath because we were walking the Camino and knew we would enjoy a soak. The bath was very nice, but there was no soap near it (it’s affixed to the shower wall). Also, the room lacked much furniture- two tiny bed stands with only one surface; no dresser or luggage racks for our bags made unpacking complicated. Overall a good hotel and a nice stay.

A great offering in the middle of Santander. The property is new. The reception area is very stylish and cool. The room I stayed in was very large and bathed by natural sunlight. The bed was large and very comfortable. The staff are very attentive, professional considerate.

The room given was a weird set up. It had a bath tub next to the bed. The sink was o the other side of the bed. It had a bucked door to access the comode and the shower, but the shower had a 5 feet tall glass looking into the the room. So from the bed you can watch whoever was showering. Probably this was a honeymoon room. There are no closets or dresser to store clothing. Just a rack in top a small counter. The breakfast was all american (all cold cuts) not even scramble eggs. We ate at a cafeteria nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room had a mini-fridge. Overall it was ok, but not "wonderfull" as stated in the reviews.

Hotel très bien situé et très calme, avec un parking à proximité. Les deux personnes à l'accueil ( à tour de rôle ) très sympathiques et de très bons conseils. Literie parfaite dans une chambre avec une petite loggia très appréciable. Seul petit bémol, manque un peu de rangement dans la chambre.

On est accueillis comme des invités de marques dès notre arrivée à l’hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et serviable. À l’entrée dans la chambre, un petit mot personnalisé nous attendait. Et comme c’était le soir de l’éclipse, l’hôtel nous a fourni des lunettes. Une très gentille attention. La chambre est très confortable. Bien équipée et l’environnement très calme. N’hésitez pas si vous cherchez un très bon hôtel à Santander.

Nos quedamos 3 noches para conocer Santander y el hotel es pequeño, está en una esquina y bajando dos calles está la calle principal, lo único es que está de lado opuesto a la playa el sardinero y la magdalena, pensamos que iba a estar más céntrico pero lo céntrico es que hay tiendas y restaurantes pequeños heladerías etc, pero está lejos (40 min caminando al área de esas playas ) cuando nos dimos cuenta al llegar intentamos que nos ayudaran a cancelar 2 noches sin penalización para movernos a uno más cerca de la playa pero el hotel no accedió cuando hoteles.com les hicieron la petición y pues no nos quedó más que siempre movernos en carro, fuera de eso el hotel tiene una muy buena relación calidad precio, el estacionamiento es público de paga ( te sellan el boleto para que te den un 10%de descuento). La habitación es pequeña pero la cama es cómoda no cuentan con acondicionador y el aire acondicionado funciona bien. El desayuno no lo contratamos pero cuesta 12 euros y tiene poca variedad, no hay huevos o cosas de ese tipo para que fuera más completo. El personal amable.
